Social Responsibility

We are supporting the educational institution BBQ, a subsidiary of Baden-Württembergischen Wirtschaft e.V. This non-profit educational institution is coordinating the following projects on behalf of Südwestmetall (a federation of the metal and electrical industries):

The "Schüler-Ingenieurs-Akademie" (SIA – Student Engineering Academy) project is a collaboration between schools, universities and industry in Baden Württemberg. The SIA supports final-year secondary school students who are interested in science and technology, encouraging them to enter a career in engineering.

The objective of the "Technik-Detektive" (Technology Detectives) project is to stir young people's enthusiasm for technology and science in the early stages of their education. This project offers a wide range of different activities associated with computers and technology.

Our company supports these projects through internships and project days, the aim being to nourish and promote young talent from an early stage. This investment is our highest priority, not only because it makes sense from a political and economic perspective, but because of its fundamental social importance.
