We are a member of the business network "Erfolgsfaktor Familie" (The Family: A Factor for Success). This network is a joint initiative of the Federal Ministry for Families and the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce. It is a central platform for companies that are committed to a family-oriented HR policy or are interested in promoting such a policy. Almost 3,000 companies and institutions are currently registered as members.

The network is striving to bring the efforts and experience of family-friendly companies to the attention of the public and wants to encourage other companies to implement ideas and measures that allow career and family needs to be better reconciled in the daily course of business.

The objective is to make as many companies as possible aware of the necessity and benefits of improved compatibility between career and family needs and to encourage them to join the network. The primary goal is for family-friendliness to become the trademark of the German economy.

By joining this network, our company is also making a clear statement that an improved work-life balance is an issue that we take seriously. All companies and institutions that profess to offer a family-friendly HR policy and want to commit to this important issue can become a member of "The Family: A Factor for Success".
